In partnership with Avanath Capital Management, LLC., CORCDC provides critical social services to over 10,000 residents at over 2,500 affordable housing units throughout California. Annually, we provide services that include; financial literacy workshops, rental assistance, health, and wellness clinics and seminars, after-school programs, mentoring, and community events/town halls with city and state officials. Our goal is to increase resident engagement and business value while empowering low-income residents to look beyond their circumstances to achieve a better quality of life and happiness.

Through our vetted system, we have a curated list of trusted and qualified contractors that service our communities in their areas of need — financial literacy, youth enrichment, adult services and health &
wellness services. Convenience and quality go hand in hand when it comes to servicing our properties, so all programs are held onsite at the property.
