Affordable Housing Programs & Services

Through our resident centered approach, we provide onsite resident social service programs and initiatives to increase resident engagement and produce effective social impact that increases the quality of life for the community. We also provide an Eviction Diversion Program offering rental assistance funds to keep our families housed.

We are currently serving at 5 properties:

    • Northpointe Apartments, Long Beach (affordable housing, multifamily)

    • The Terraces, Escondido (affordable housing, multifamily)

    • Heritage Park, Duarte (affordable housing, seniors)

    • The Overlook, Anaheim Hills (affordable/market-rate housing, seniors)

    • Seaport Apartments, Long Beach (market-rate, multifamily)

Measurements and Social Impact:

  • Over 6,000 residents served at 1,450 affordable housing units

  • Health & Wellness Programs

  • 88% seniors reported reduced stress and anxiety

  • 97% participants expressed a boost in overall satisfaction and happiness

  • Food & Rental Assistance Programs

  • 300+ children provided with nutritional food per week at Northpointe Apartments

  • $50,000+ disbursed in rental assistance through the Eviction Diversion Program during Covid

  • Youth Enrichment

  • Over 520+ hours of reading, writing, tutoring, and homework assistance

  • Community Basketball League, The Eagles

  • Youth received free haircuts and braid hairstyles

  • Annual Back-to-School backpacks with supplies distributed 

  • Annual Budget: $150,000
