Starlerra Simmons is a Youth Coordinator at CORCDC. As Youth Coordinator, Starlerra focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining programs that reflect the needs of youth within the CORCDC Community.

Starlerra comes to CORCDC with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Her experience includes educational advocacy, self-empowerment, community service program development, case management, and crisis intervention. She lives to inspire, educate, empower, and equip others to “Live by Design, Not by Diagnosis.”
