in partnership with Avanath Capital Management, LLC, COR CDC provides critical social services to residents in 1,450 affordable housing units throughout Southern California. Our programs and services include financial literacy workshops, rental assistance, health and wellness (including mental health) clinics/seminars, after school youth programs, mentoring/internships, senior programs, and community events and town halls. Our goal is to increase resident engagement and business value while empowering affordable housing residents to look beyond their circumstances to achieve a better quality of life.
