MEETING RESIDENTS AT
THE POINT OF THEIR NEEDS

In partnership with Avanath Capital Management, LLC., CORCDC provides critical social services to over 6,000 residents at over 1,450 affordable housing units throughout California. Annually, we provide services that include financial literacy workshops, rental assistance, health, and wellness clinics and seminars, after-school programs, mentoring, and community events/town halls with city and state officials. Our goal is to increase resident engagement and business value while empowering low-income residents to look beyond their circumstances to achieve a better quality of life and happiness.
