COR CDC is committed to filling the gap of inequity by economically empowering marginalized communities and establishing engaged, strong, and inclusive communities. With the effects of COVId-19 on our communities, this vision only got stronger. As these are uncertain times for everyone, we are committed to slowing the spread of the coronavirus while being a resource to the communities we serve.
OUR PILLARS

Entrepreneurship
Through skills based workshops, we target youth and adults with entrepreneurial spirit to develop their business from idea to implementation. Participants leave equipped with business acumen, a strong pitch to raise capital from investors, and loan-ready to raise capital for their business.

Civic Engagement
We equip the communities we serve with tools to take action and to be a part of the change they seek. Through services on voter registration, scholarships, and town hall meetings, partnering with local and state law enforcement to have effective discussions that result in actionable plans to make significant change.

Youth S.T.E.A.M Education
We provide year-round high quality youth enrichment and education in the form of after-school programs, summer camps, and project-based cohorts through hands-on learning experience that turns classroom concepts into reality at their fingertips.

Affordable Housing
Through our resident centered approach, we partner with property management companies like Avanath Capital, LLC to provide onsite resident programs and initiatives to increase resident engagement and produce effective social impact that increases the community and business value.
