About Us

The community and the people are the value of the work we serve

As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, COR CDC believes everyone deserves an equal opportunity to succeed. We recognize that challenges can feel overwhelming without the right tools, resources, and support. COR CDC provides strategic programs that address diversity, inclusion, and community needs, helping individuals develop the skills to overcome obstacles and thrive.

Since 2001, COR CDC has been transforming lives and strengthening communities by promoting entrepreneurship, advancing youth through innovative STEAM programs, empowering individuals and families through affordable housing initiatives, and engaging communities to raise awareness and address the issues that impact our daily lives.
