OC/LA College Ready
A 6-week entrepreneur training program empowering individuals to create financial self-reliance and grow job creating businesses.
Participants learn to:

Youth S.T.E.A.M. Education
2026 Program: June 22 - July 31, 8AM - 4PM
A dynamic 6-week program designed to keep students in grades 5-10 engaged, inspired, and prepared for the future.
Students enjoy a well-rounded learning experience through:

STEM Projects
An after school program providing students in grades 5-10 an opportunity to work closely on projects involving math, design, engineering, architecture, code, AI, and more.

Affordable Housing Programs
In partnership with Avanath Capital Management LLC, COR CDC provides critical social services to residents in 1,450 affordable housing units throughout Southern California. Our programs and services include after school programs, senior programs, mental health support, summer programs, and community connects (events, town halls, food drives, back to school drives, etc).

Our monthly series is designed to foster open, honest, and engaging conversations about the issues that matter most to our community. Each session brings together diverse perspectives, expert insights, and meaningful discussions. Whether you’re looking to learn, share your voice, or connect with others who care about making a difference, Real Talk is the space for you. Join us and be part of the conversation that shapes a more inclusive and informed future.

Voter Registration & Forums
We partner with local, state, and national organizations to bridge the social/racial justice equity gap. We hosts voter registration drives, ballot education classes, and candidate forums to make sure our communities are equipped with the necessary knowledge. We host press conference to voice our concern or share information with our broader community.

Community Leadership
We're training the next generation of community leaders by providing volunteer opportunities in various capacities including providing resources to intern in government.
