Banking on Your Success!:

6-week entrepreneur training program empowers individuals from low to moderate income households to create financial self-reliance and grow job-creating businesses. Participants learn to:
  • Develop Vision and Foundation

  • Develop Business Plan & financial projections

  • Understand Banking, credit & access to capital

  • Understand Legal requirements & ethical business practices

  • Develop Marketing, Branding & Sales plans

  • Train in Pitching, networking & investor readiness

  • Participate in a Pitch Competition for cash prizes

Bootcamps: providing continuous education to our small businesses is critical. That’s why we provide quarterly Banking on Your Success Bootcamps that target a specific issue and provide solutions for our small businesses.

Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA):

6-week training program designed to introduce youth (typically middle and high school students) to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, business, and leadership. Participants learn about financials/banking/credit/budgeting, business formation and structure, business plan development, operations/marketing, how to develop a pitch, and participate in a pitch competition.

OC/LA College Ready Program:

Prepares middle and high school students for a successful path to college by building strong academic habits, guiding course selection, and helping students choose meaningful extracurricular activities. The program also covers key topics like scholarships, grants, and loans, while addressing the unique needs of first-generation and special needs students. Through early planning and personalized support, this program empowers youth to confidently pursue their college and career goals.

OC/LA Works: Workforce Development Program: 

Prepares individuals for their first job or those looking for new career paths or upgrading their current employment. This program provides resume writing assistance, creating a LinkedIn profile, email etiquette, interviewing and networking skills, as well as guidance towards trade apprenticeship programs, certification programs, or on-the-job training programs.
