In partnership with Avanath Capital Management, LLC., CORCDC provides critical social services to over 10,000 residents at over 2,500 affordable housing units throughout California. Annually, we provide services that include; financial literacy workshops, rental assistance, health, and wellness clinics and seminars, after-school programs, mentoring, and community events/town halls with city and state officials. Our goal is to increase resident engagement and business value while empowering low-income residents to look beyond their circumstances to achieve a better quality of life and happiness.
