Escondido Community

Tonight, CORCDC’s Residential Services had the opportunity to serve 32 families at our property in Escondido. I want to acknowledge the work of Natasha Nkum and Micah Golden who assisted in assembly of our Thanksgiving bags. Elizabeth Obi and her sister Obi who greeted each one of our families (and their children) and presented that personal touch while they signed in and were handed their $25.00 Vons Gift Card. I believe though that our work is best articulated in this picture of Mater Dei High School Junior and Volunteer Micah Golden handing a Thanksgiving Basket to a recipient family.

Heritage Park Apartment Community
12.14.23

We had a wonderful evening here at the Heritage Park Apartment community. Natasha and her team put together a wonderful program in which every single resident was honored and celebrated with the joy and the season of Christmas. A wonderful meal from Olive Garden was had by all and the program consisted of Games, a sing-along, and fellowship amongst all the residence. Every resident was presented with gifts and also had the opportunity to win some door prizes during our Christmas celebration. The community room was packed and support was given by the on-site community manager and members of the maintenance team.
